Who is the fastest jump rope jumper in your school? Send in your videos before 15th December and let’s see which school has the fastest jumper!

Challenge rules:  

• Each participant will have 1 minute to jump rope as many times as possible.
• The participant needs to be the one in control of the rope whilst jumping!
• You can use any jumping style, double foot or single foot.
• Take a video of each attempt, remember to note down the number of jumps.
• Submit the video of the best rope jumper for each year level from Primary 1- Primary 6, and don’t forget your fastest jumping teacher too!
• Each jump counts, so keep those feet moving!

The most number of jumps in 1 minute WINS!  Remember practice makes progress!

The jump rope challenge is a typical Young Buds Award challenge.  It not only provides fun but also enhances physical endurance and allows children to see how consistent practice can boost their confidence and lead to personal growth.
